Major Release Notes – 2/13/09

A new version of our software was released on the 13th.  Here's what's been updated in this release…  

Product Release: Fan Club – with this software release, Enticent has officially added an entirely new product to its portfolio of loyalty solutions.  Fan Club is a 'points-free' loyalty platform the includes our Tribal Direct email engine, surveys, contesting, and dozens of interactive games.

Enhancement: Music Testing – our new music testing platform has now been officially launched into beta.  This system can be fully integrated with your Stickyfish or Fanclub site and allows you to run multi-hook, blind music tests with easy to use tools, a searchable hook library, and robust reporting capabilities.  Our limited beta release will last a week or two, after which this upgrade will be broadly available to all clients.   

About our Software Releases

We are constantly hard at work to provide you with the best software in the industry.  Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering.  Shorter releases will be labeled Minor Release and bigger releases will be labeled Major Release.  If you have questions on any item in a release, please contact us at success@enticent.com.
