If you're using the Triton Loyalty StickyFish program, prizes are awarded almost every single day.  Are you promoting those winners?  Do you celebrate with your members when a reward is claimed?  Too often, we fail to take credit for the tens of thousands of dollars in offers that are available.  One of the most important aspects of sustained engagement over time is reinforcing the benefits of membership.  Here are three easy ways to do so:

1)  Set up a section on the main page of your website to congratulate members (by username or first name only) and the reward that they have claimed.  Update this once a day with new additions.  When members (and non-members) are reminded of the payoff, activity will increase.  Be sure you promote the networked prizes as well!  Those opportunities were available to your members, so claim them as your own!

2)  In your newsletters, promote current available rewards (with a direct link to the contest) and recent winners.  Congratulate them, and promote weekly!

3)  At on-site promotions, hand out reward cards that showcase winners, rewards and offers on one side (with a bonus code for added points) and details on how to become a member on the other side.  Members and prospective members alike will benefit from the handout.  More on this in an upcoming blog.
