One of our Best Practices recommendations is to use video to promote, highlight and enhance your loyalty website. Video helps the site come alive with personality, flavor and character. Several loyalty clients have recently added to their sites, and I wanted to share those with you today:

Direct TV has just launched the new Dan Patrick Club, DanNation. It’s a beautiful site, and makes great use of the Home Page Promo feature in the center of the three columns http://danpatrick.listenernetwork.com/
Notice how they promote winners and connect Dan’s personality/endorsement to every aspect of the club on the login page.
WILN/Panama City (Island 106) has a very interactive site, and constantly innovates with new ideas in their features. Their air personalities lead the audience through the club in many areas. Adding video to your loyalty club is not difficult. Most smart phones produce high quality video, and you can host the content in your own player, or through YouTube.
