About our Software Releases
We are constantly hard at work to provide you with the best software in the industry. Our software releases are divided into two categories – very short small releases that mainly address software fixes but also include small enhancements, and longer bigger releases that include at least one significant upgrade to the platform or new service offering. Shorter releases will be labeled Minor Release and bigger releases will be labeled Major Release. If you have questions on any item in a release, please contact us at help@tritonloyalty.com.

We’re excited to announce the rollout of our new Social Incentives widget. This widget is powered by our Social Engagement Engine (SEE). It enables your audience to earn rewards points when they ‘Like’ any page you designate on Facebook (your page or any advertiser’s page), when they share content on Facebook, and when they initially log in using their Facebook account.
What do you need to do to turn on the new Social Incentives Widget?
If you are a StickyFish client, and you use our registration process, we’ve got you covered. We will be turning on a new ‘Get Social’ module in your StickyFish Get Points menu automatically. And if you maintain a page on Facebook already, we will go ahead and feature this page for points when the new module launches. If you have additional Facebook pages you want to feature (for yourself or an advertiser), just contact us and we will add these pages as well. This new module will be activated on a rolling schedule that starts today for some of our clients. Contact us for more information.
If you are not a Stickyfish client, or you are a StickyFish client that doesn’t use our registration process, drop us an email or give us a call at 770-919-9969. We’d love to talk to you about how you can take advantage of SEE. If you were able to attend our last product roadmap update, you got a sneak peek of SEE. It’s a powerful new platform that we’ve built from the ground up to help you increase your site traffic, conversions, retention, and referrals by making it easy to integrate social & game mechanics into your web sites and applications. We will be rolling out even more features from SEE very soon.
