From all of us here on the Sales Support Team, we would like to wish each and every one of you Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! 2009 has flown by, but not without leaving its mark. Triton Loyalty saw record breaking numbers as each Quarter went by in 2009 for element usage throughout our markets. We would like to continue that trend going into 2010. Our Utilization Project was a huge success, so let me take this time to thank all of our markets that participated. I would like to share a couple success stories with you from one of our AE’s in Rochester Entercom, Tonya.
Tonya was interested in using the Utilization Project to demonstrate just how powerful using StickyFish can be to her potential client, The Distillery. This local restaurant in Rochester, NY was interested in driving web traffic to increase awareness of their establishment. Both Trivia and Featured Link were used to accomplish this goal. And accomplish they did! The client was very happy with the results, saying he didn’t realize how powerful these online tools were. Tonya told me The Distillery has now included digital tools in their 2010 trade agreement with Entercom Rochester!
The success goes on!
Another potential client of Tonya’s, Ryan Plumbing, Heating & Fire Protection, was looking to increase their web traffic and establish a lack of brand awareness. We used a Feedback Survey and Featured Link to accomplish these goals. The Survey showed us that of 769 respondents, 54.6% of them are homeowners, and 74.1% of that pool has never heard of Ryan Plumbing, Heating & Fire Protection. What a great opportunity! Tonya has since landed herself a meeting with the client and is now discussing a 6 month – 12 month annual with the potential for digital opportunity!
